Payment Options

Company Name: Zhengzhou Qingyao Zhihé Technology Co., Ltd.
Email: service@zovelyna.com

Zovelyna™ provides several payment methods through third-party payment processors. All prices, charges, and order totals displayed on our website are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

Available payment methods may vary according to the customer’s location, payment provider, and card issuer.

1. Paying with PayPal

Customers who select PayPal will be transferred to PayPal’s checkout page to complete payment.

Depending on the options made available by PayPal, you may be able to:

  • Sign in to an existing PayPal account

  • Create a PayPal account

  • Select a guest checkout option

  • Pay with an eligible credit or debit card without signing in

Guest card checkout is managed by PayPal and may not be displayed for every customer, account, device, or location.

After payment is completed, you will be returned to the Zovelyna website and receive an order confirmation when the transaction has been accepted.

2. Credit and Debit Cards

We accept eligible credit and debit cards displayed on the checkout page. Card availability may depend on the payment processor, issuing bank, billing country, and transaction currency.

When paying by card, please confirm that the following details match the information held by your card issuer:

  • Cardholder name

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • Verification code

  • Billing address

Incorrect or incomplete billing details may cause the payment to be declined or delayed.

3. Payment Data Handling

Zovelyna does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Card and PayPal transactions are handled by the payment provider used during checkout. The provider’s own terms, privacy practices, verification procedures, and transaction controls apply to the payment process.

Zovelyna may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, billing contact details, transaction reference numbers, and payment method type, when needed to process an order or respond to a payment inquiry.

4. Payment Authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to request payment from your PayPal account, credit card, or debit card.

An order is not considered accepted until the payment has been approved and an order confirmation has been issued.

If a transaction is declined, please review your billing details and available balance before attempting payment again. You may also contact your card issuer or PayPal for information about authorization restrictions.

5. Pending Charges

A payment may temporarily appear as pending while the bank or payment provider reviews the transaction.

In some cases, an unsuccessful checkout attempt may create a temporary authorization hold. These holds are controlled by the card issuer and usually disappear according to the issuer’s processing schedule.

Zovelyna cannot directly remove a bank authorization hold.

6. Duplicate Payment Concerns

If you believe that you were charged more than once, please check whether one of the transactions is listed as pending before contacting us.

For further assistance, email service@zovelyna.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The transaction date

  • The charged amount

  • A screenshot showing the transaction status, with complete card numbers and unrelated account details concealed

7. Refund Payments

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund is issued, the time required for the amount to appear depends on PayPal, the card network, and the customer’s financial institution. Zovelyna cannot redirect an approved refund to a different card, account, or payment method.
