Welcome to Zovelyna™. This website and online store are operated by Zhengzhou Qingyao Zhihé Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Zovelyna,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zhengzhou Qingyao Zhihé Technology Co., Ltd.

Our online store uses Shopify’s ecommerce infrastructure. Shopify provides the technology that enables us to display products, process orders, and operate certain store functions. Products purchased through this website are sold directly by Zovelyna, not by Shopify.

By browsing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence to make purchases through our store. If you permit a minor to access the Services through a device or account under your control, you are responsible for that access.

We will try to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Unless another currency is clearly displayed during checkout, transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The amount applicable to your purchase is the amount displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Product prices may not include shipping charges, sales tax, customs duties, import fees, or other government assessments. Any additional amount payable at checkout will be displayed before order submission when reasonably possible.

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to our separate Shipping Policy.

Standard order preparation generally requires 2–4 business days, while processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays or periods of increased order volume. Unless otherwise displayed, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to each order.

Estimated transit times are:

• United States: 10–15 business days

• Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 11–16 business days

• Other supported destinations: 15–20 business days

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. They are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Carrier disruptions, customs inspections, severe weather, public emergencies, inaccurate addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges imposed by their destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Tracking information may require 1–3 business days to display movement after a shipping label is created.

Please contact service@zovelyna.com if a carrier confirms that a shipment has been lost or if an order arrives visibly damaged. Photographs of damaged products and packaging should be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, provided they remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return authorization is required before an item is shipped back. Products sent to an unauthorized address or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Certain categories may be excluded, including personalized goods, perishable products, hygiene-sensitive items, hazardous materials, gift cards, clearance merchandise, and original shipping charges, where permitted by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing may take up to 10 business days, with additional posting time determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Shopify supplies ecommerce technology used to operate portions of this store. However, your product order and sales transaction are made directly with Zhengzhou Qingyao Zhihé Technology Co., Ltd.

Shopify is not the seller of Zovelyna products and does not control product selection, product descriptions, fulfillment decisions, customer support, returns, or refunds offered by us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims concerning a Zovelyna product or order should be directed to Zovelyna rather than Shopify.
